(1) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this part, in the case that the State Appropriation Bill is under consideration, any part of the estimated expenditure for the financial year may be spent in accordance with the State Act as a provision.
(2) According to Article 207, the proposed expenditure bill shall not be presented until the revenue and expenditure estimates are submitted and the amount of the proposed expenditure shall not exceed one third of the expenditure estimate for the financial year.
(3) The amount spent in accordance with the State Provisional Expenditure Act shall be included in the State Appropriation Bill.
